How You Can Serve

We have a tremendous need for volunteers. Some mission opportunities are:

• Light construction.  We always have some work that can be done in and around the centers.
• Children’s ministry. We need volunteers to help with homework and/or help with a hands-on project.
• Bible study. A ladies Bible club meets twice a week at each center (once during the summer). Do you feel called to help lead a Bible study and fellowship with these ladies?

Do you lead a small group, Sunday School, or youth group?

Baptist Friendship House is always in need of:

• Food items – typical non-perishable items good for emergency food bags.
• Clothes (gently used/new) of all types, all sizes, including outerwear and shoes
• Household items (ex: paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc)
• Hygiene products (shampoo, body wash, soap, feminine products, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc)
• Baby items (diapers, baby wipes, formula, diaper rash creme, etc)

Both centers are in need of groups willing to help paint or do other small repairs. Please contact us for more information.
