About Our Relationship

Over five years ago, leaders of the Roanoke Valley Baptist Association strongly felt that God was leading them to minister to the Native Americans at Standing Rock Indian Reservation in North and South Dakota.

Since then, hundreds of people from dozens of churches have traveled to the reservation to both serve the people and God.

For the first time this summer, teams will be present serving on the reservation for two weeks starting July 19, 2009.
